OnCue Stage is more than a stage timer: a live timer, silent messages to the stage, and show management. It lets a show or event manager communicate with a speaker, lecturer or performer on stage without the audience noticing — a tablet on stage shows the timer, and the phone in the manager's hand controls it and sends messages in real time.

You pair a tablet and a phone using a 5-digit code. The tablet on stage shows a count-up or a countdown, and the phone starts, pauses, resets and sends messages in real time. No cabling, no adapters, no dedicated hardware.
No. Messages appear only on the screen that is on stage, facing the person performing. That is the whole point — instead of waving from the wings or interrupting, the message reaches the one person who needs it, quietly.
OnCue Stage is available as an app for iOS and Android, and as a web app (PWA). The screen on stage can open straight away in a browser at oncue.shotaf.co.il, without installing anything; the controlling side — start, stop, messages and cue lights — runs in the phone app.
The timer, cue lights, tablet pairing and messages to the stage are free. OnCue Pro adds the advanced management tools (show management, contacts and crew, expense tracking, an annual review and mileage tracking) for ₪19.90 per month or ₪199.90 per year, with a 30-day free trial.
Usually yes. The tablet and the phone talk to each other through the server, so both need to be online — a phone hotspot is enough. For a venue with no network the app has a "no internet" mode that connects the phone straight to the tablet. It works between Apple devices (iPhone and iPad), and both devices need to have been signed in beforehand.
The timer on stage keeps running locally — it does not reset or stop because of a network problem, and the devices re-sync on their own once the connection returns. Even so, because this is a live tool, it is worth keeping a simple backup (a wristwatch, a second timer) for the unexpected.
The free tier includes one stage screen — a tablet or a browser screen — and the phone that controls it. OnCue Pro removes the screen limit, so several stage screens can run at once. On any plan you can also add up to 5 viewers, who see only the timer and do not count towards the limit.
Yes. The interface is available in full Hebrew (including RTL), English and Russian, and you can switch language at any time from the app or the website.
Yes. You can connect a Google or Apple calendar, and your shows are written automatically to a dedicated calendar named "OnCue Stage" — so they appear on your phone, computer and watch. The sync is one-way: from OnCue to the calendar.
Through the "Delete account" button on the profile page in the app. Deletion is immediate, and your account details and settings are removed from our servers straight away. You can also export all of your data to a file before deleting.
